The site, originally zoned as ‘Tourist/Residential,’ underwent a transformation to cater to both ‘Holiday Home/Residential’ needs. Through strategic subdivision, we optimized the space for residential use, creating a dual key design for each of the 35 lots. These thoughtfully planned lots offer breathtaking views of the hill, pool, and ocean, promising an exceptional investment opportunity.
